Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are variable depending on what type of product you're purchasing
$5.00 Small prints, stationery, and stickers
$6.00 Medium and Large prints
$8.00 Clothing & Household Goods
How long will shipping take?
Your items will be sent to the post office within 3-5 business days of your order unless otherwise stated (Holiday delays, or time off may affect this).
Shipping should take 1-5 days but at this point it is out of our hands! You can track your order with the tracking number sent to your email.
What do I do if I don't receive my package?
First, check your tracking link! If it doesn't say delivered yet, be patient. It may still be in transit.
If it is still missing, please contact the shipping partner (most often USPS) with your tracking number.
If it is still undelivered after 30 days and you have reached out to the shipping partner, please reach out via email and we will see what we can do. Unfortunately, we are unable to always replace missing orders as we're a very small business.

We are based in Seattle Washington, in the USA!

How do you practice sustainability?
I've been slowly moving my packaging towards eco-friendly materials. I try to source my products from local (Pacific Northwest Based) companies whenever possible.
The current state of affairs:

What is your Privacy Policy?
NMC Design Studio collects your personal identifying information (PII), and general information, to process your orders and send you marketing emails (if opted in).
